Upload G-code via Wi-Fi to SD card on MKS DLC32 (GRBL_ESP32)

Hi Sienci team,

First of all, thank you for the amazing work on gSender — it’s a powerful and user-friendly tool for CNC control!

I’d like to suggest adding support for Wi-Fi connectivity and remote control for GRBL_ESP32-based boards, such as the MKS DLC32. These boards already support Wi-Fi through the GRBL_ESP32 firmware, which includes a built-in web server.

Feature suggestions:

  1. Send G-code files via Wi-Fi

Upload G-code directly to the SD card on GRBL_ESP32 boards over the network.

Eliminate the need for USB connections or SD card swapping.

  1. Remote machine control via Wi-Fi

Full jog, spindle, zeroing, and probe control through Wi-Fi.

Monitor status, coordinates, and run jobs from the SD card wirelessly.

Useful for installations where the computer is far from the CNC.

Benefits:

Easier workflow in wireless-enabled workshops.

Full compatibility with modern GRBL_ESP32-based machines.

Removes the need for third-party tools or web UIs for these features.

I’d love to see this integrated into gSender and would be happy to help test it on a DLC32 board.

Thanks again for all your work!

@Genilson_lima.h Welcome to the group, Genilson.

I’ve moved your suggestion to the gSender Suggestion category.
