Putting together my ATC and the VFD cable is not long enough. I got it installed by removing 2 drag chain links but the cable is still very tight. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks,

I also saw the ticket you submitted to our support.
There had been an inconsistency in drag chain lengths between the machines we used for design validation and the actual ones we shipped out which cased this issue and I apologize for the kerfuffle.
The next batch of cables will be a bit longer, and for people with the existing cable, we’d recommend removing two links from the X-axis drag chain (as you already did). You should also be able to remove one link from the Y and shift the drag chain back slightly if more slack is required (due to inherent cable length variance).
