I started a long project yesterday that I knew I would have to stop and resume the following morning. When I stopped the project yesterday evening I returned to XYZ zero, took note of the gcode line number and shut everything down.
This morning I turned everything back on and zeroed XYZ, loaded up the gcode, rechecked zero, used the start from line feature and click start. The router goes to the correct XY location but drops the Z about 0.25 inch lower into the project.
This is the second project in a row this has happened on. The first time I assumed I did everything wrong even when I believed I was doing what I had done before with no issues. This time I tried again to do what I had done successfully before but somehow screwed it up again.
Below is a pic of how far it dropped after I returned to zero. Using gSender 1.4.1 I tried to copy the gcode from the consol but I clicked the “copy the last 50 lines from the terminal” before I realized it was only the last 50 lines. Now that is all it is showing in the gsender console. I’ll post it anyway.
