When changing g54 thru g59 location when I hit the zero xy button z movies down or minus 2". The code shows that it is getting a g53 for the z move. Why is this happening??
Can you get a video or screenshot of what you’re seeing?
Did you mean when you press Go To XY, not Zero XY? In that case, it would be because you have homing enabled and a safe height set in preferences so it’s trying to move to safe height below the machine Z 0. You can reset the movement safe height to 0 to disable this or set a different number.
