My unit is brand new. Getting ready for final checks and ran into a “Z” problem.
When I home the machine, everything is working fine, but if I hit Z I get “G-code motion exceeds machine travel”
What am I missing?
Fairly common with me. In my case it’s related to the available travel. Let’s say I have 100 mm travel left on the Z axis moving up. If I try to run a program that, as it’s first step, raises the cutter by more than 100 mm, then I get an error.
Of course you might be experiencing something completely unrelated.

Solved. Somehow the limits changed. Set back to default and now my spoil board is perfect.
