This problem presented itself with 2 projects and 5 times.
Both times I’m roughing with a 1/4 ballnose (doesn’t matter just intro info)
Four passes, no problem. 5th pass starts at the same height as the 4th and by the time it gets about 1/3rd across, Z raises up about 1-2 ins and continues “carving” in the air. 5 times exactly the same and same place.
I thought maybe New gSender was problem, so I ran with old software. Same problem. I use VCarve Pro. Not sure where to look for solution. Something is manipulating the Z motor to do that. Two totally separate and distinct unrelated projects had this issue.
