I’m doing a large carving using an xcarve pro 4x4, files generated in Vcarve pro and the gsender 1.5.1. All modeling in vcarve and gsender look good. 1st 2 carves (1/4 EM roughing and 1/4 BN finish) look great and ran well. 3rd carve using 1/8 BN for additional finishing started fine, and ~ 1 hr into a 3 hr cut started deviating and cutting deep roughing type pattern (see pictures). I’ve attached the diagnostic file, although it may not be germain as gsender froze after repositioning the spindle so i could see my work, and i had to restart to be able to use gsender, including just downloading the diagnostics. please take a look and let me know what happened and how i can eliminate this in future cuts.
