Alarm 10 triggered during long carves

After upgrading to gsender 1.6.3 I have been getting alarm 10 problems. During long carves I’ve gotten an alarm 10 triggered a couple times. No one has been in the shop with me and both times I have been across the shop so the stop was not pushed. In both cases the spindle continues to run until I stop it. After resetting the alarm when I attempt to do a “start from” the end line was not noted so I either have to attempt to guess where to start or just start from the beginning. Extremely frustrating. Any idea? Running an Altmill MK2 4x4, gcontrol computer with gsender 1.6.3. All software is up to date.

@Donminn I believe Alarm 10 can be the last alarm shown in a series of alarms. What does the console show? It’s possible there was another alarm before that one.

@Donminn Something you can try is enabling check mode. This will go through the entire file and display it in the visualizer as it “runs”. There mill doesn’t actually run during the check. You might be able to see where it fails.

Thx. I’ll give it a try. I looked at the notifications and didn’t see any codes before the error 10. :person_shrugging:t3:
