Auto Spin T1 Setup Problem

Hey all,

I installed my new Auto Spin a couple of days ago and ran through the setup in gsender 1.5.7.

When I click on the forward button the spindle on indicator lights up but the spindle doesn’t start up. However, when I click the reverse button it does start but the speed adjustment does nothing Then if I click stop the spindle on indicator turns off but the spindle keeps running. If I click the forward button at this time the spindle stops and the indicator comes back on.

I tried to re-run the setup several times but the result is the same each time. Not sure if I have done something wrong or missed something or what.

I have opened a ticket with Sienci but I thought I would try here to see if anyone had an idea.

Any help would be appreciated.

I got the problem sorted out. It was 100% user error. I had it plugged into the wrong port on the longboard.
