AutoSpin T1 Router RPM out of sinc?

I received and Installed the AutoSpin T1 Router and there seems to be issue with the RPMs not matching the g code / tool RPM that is programmed. Currently to get the AutoSpin to work I have to override the Spindle Speed by 150% to get a 12000 RPM setting to work.

If my tool is program at 12000 - 15000 rpm the Auto spin will not engage. Anything 18000 and up the AutoSpin starts automatically.

So based on the sounds of the AutoSpin versus the Mikita, the AutoSpin does not sound like it is turning 18000 Rpm.

I am running a MK II with the regular longboard.

Any one have any advice over this long weekend ?

Disregard folks, went back to the start and went through the config section and seems I had entered 12000 in the minimum speed section for the spindle and this seemed to throw everything out of wack. With a zero value in this area everything seems to be operating fine.

@Bdurdin Interesting, The instructions here indicate that the minimum speed should be entered as 10000, and the max as 30000

I know, seems weird, but thought I would go back to the start after importing the AutoSpin down load and then try it step by step before entering any other info.

Work flawlessly the last couple of hours running a 1/4” upcut through maple @ 85 in/min at 12000rpm :person_shrugging:t3:
