Sorry for the late response, but with all the help, we figured it out, so thank you!
@SamanthaW Please tell us what the solution was, so that others can benefit from it.
We listened to what you told us to do, which was go into configure, and turn off all homing limits. Then powered off everything and then tried to home the machine and it was cooperating, then we tried to use the zero touch plate and everything worked so far.
We’re currently trying to use Vcarve pro and learn how to create things to start cutting. Wow this is quite the learning process. So thank you so much for the help. I’m sure we’ll need more in the future.
@Samantha We are all here to help. To be clear, though, if you do not have limit switches, you cannot “home” the machine. It is impossible. So, when you say that you “tried to home the machine” and that it cooperated, what exactly did you do? It’s not critical for me to know since things seem to be working for you. I’m simply curious.
