Binding on Y-Axis after Installing new anti-backlash nuts

Hi All, I have a question regarding the new anti-backlash nuts. I installed them on my MK1 Longmill and now the left hand side Y rail bind during rapid jogging. It did it with normal and precise at first, but I adjusted the V-wheels which helped. I then uncoupled the lead screw from the motor (for troubleshooting) and when reconnected the problem went away for precise and normal, but still occurs on rapid. I’ve seen some posts on here and the FB group where people have adjusted the screws on the anti-backlash nuts, some have just ran a run-in program and others were going to lube the lead screw.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I’m considering lubing the lead screw, but don’t see any mention of that in the maintenance section of the Longmill Resources page. I may just try and run a bunch of jobs in air to see if that’ll help loosen things up a bit. Has anyone experienced this and if so, what ended up fixing it? I have a couple of customer jobs lined up and don’t want to mess up their boards (they provide me the material).

I should mention that I did a full maintenance on the machine when installing the anti-backlash nuts (add sensors, clean, tighten, lubricate linear rails, etc). Thanks for any help,

If anyone finds this topic, I think I solved it by following the instructions to reduce leadscrew wobble. I loosened the nuts holding the backlash nuts on the Y rails, ran the machine back and forth a few times (full length of the Y axis) and then tightened them back down. This seems to have fixed it and the machine sounds noticeably smoother too.
