I have a custom built machine with a superlongboard. It has been great until the other day. I went to turn it on and hit connect, and it shows connected on left side but disconnected in middle of screen. I hit the estop and reset it and the leds lit up and then faded off. I disconnected all wiring but the usb and the estop and the issue persists. I reached out to Science Labs and they say they cant support due to custom machine. I feel that the controller has failed and should be supported. Any ideas what I can do?

I have. Everything is working again but the spindle. I checked the vfd by putting it in local cntrol and that works, but cannot get the rs485 to work.
