E.0U.A Error Code on Huanyang VFD

Hello, I am trying to reuse a Huanyang Spindle and VFD. With the RS485 control the spindle will start but immediately stops and E.0U.A error code (overvoltage at acceleration). I have exhausted all I could find to address the issue but still have not resolved the issue. Does anyone have experience with this?

Which spindle and VFD do you have 110v or 220v?
