i was running a printnc (grblhal2k) with iosender for a while now without too much issue, gsender look like a great upgrade, i really like the ui and the maintenance schedule, great job!
when opening i got a “error 2 : bad number format”, i didn’t found anything suspicious in the settings, it seems that all my settings such as soft limits where imported and set, great surprise
jogging seems ok but with an error i don’t what to go further
I’d assume it’s the $spindles command we send on connection, which has since been renamed to $spindlesh in newer grblHAL versions.
We have fixes for this in place in our dev/upcoming Edge build (we look at grblHAL version and send the correct command based on whether it’s a more current version of grblHAL or our older sienciHAL with the different command), but until that is publically released (or if you are feeling daring and want to use the dev action build) there’s not a direct fix.
