So I’m trying to run a test for my first piece. I created the vector in Cut2D and uploaded the gcode in gsender. Everything started up fine, but it barely cut into the piece before it just stopped at around line 37. I tried hitting start again, but nothing happened and I saw in the console I had the subject error message. I’m not really sure what to do or how to fix it (when I say I’m a newbie, I really mean it in every sense of the word). I downloaded the diagnostic file to include here, but got a message that said new users can’t upload attachments. Should I just copy and paste the gcode in here? Please let me know what else you’d need to help me out.
While there might be a different reason for why you get the error. The alarm page has a section mentioning your specific one and some steps to take to maybe home into the culprit.
You might be able to solve the problem following these steps?
@XenoCNC In 1.5.0 and 1.51, there is no verify button. I believe that the only way to “verify” the file is to turn on “warn if bad file” and “warn on bad line”. I don’t know when you get the warnings, though. I don’t see that information in the docs.
If you haven’t already done so, you may want to open a support ticket.
@XenoCNC how’s this issue progressed for you? If you’d like you can probably DM me the file then I can attach it to this topic for all our reference. @gwilki is right that if you go to Config and turn those settings on then it should notify you on file upload if there’s anything that looks incorrect about your file.
