Error message when trying to log into Community Forum

I can’t log into Community forum without using a VPN (which I only have on my phone - not on my computer or iPad)
Error says “you can’t log in as Lappa using this IP address”
Never had this problem before in all the years I’ve been a member.

@Lappa I don’t see anything in your profile so this may be a job for tech support. Can you send me a private message with the IP address that you are using when you try to log in?

I’ve worked out how to send. Private message. Here is a screen shot of what happens if I try a link sent to my email rather than use my password - just thought I would try that
