Welcome to the playground. I believe there was a topic not long ago that included somewhat all your problems. It was fixed by connecting to the machine using grbl, not grblhall. might this be a solution to your problem aswell?
@Sekai The website is somewhat confusing to me. It says that the controller is running grbl, but that it is a 32-bit controller. I wasn’t aware that was possible. I’m sure that someone here can educate me. I thought that grbl was confined to 8-bit controllers.
@gwilki there have been many non-official, open source implementations of grbl over the years, many of which never made it to the mainstream so it wouldn’t surprise me if there was a version of grbl out there running on 32-bit hardware
