I loaded gsender 16.0.0 edge and went into tools to check my sd card. Mounted is highlited but it will not read my card. It says no files found. I checked the disc and infact it has files on it. I have a altmill 4x4 and trying to intall a atc rapid changer. But i can not read the sd card files. Any ideas.

Some thoughts:
$F+ will list all the files on a SD card, $F only shows common CNC/G-code related file extensions
MacOS Finder puts a bunch of .silly_stuff_for_undeleted_trash hidden files on the SD card when you use it to update the card contents. Sometimes they confuse the SLB… I delete them…
Some older cards and some larger cards don’t seem to work reliably. Try a different SD card. I found 8G cards from older RasPi’s were unreliable, and a 64G one didn’t work. An Amazon pack of fresh 32G ones just worked.
Remember to power cycle the SLB-EXT: Off before removing the card, On after replacing it. Removing the card while the SLB is on doesn’t seem to be a problem, but it sometimes seems to need a kick in the pants to properly recognize a new SD card.
