Laser offset not showing in config of 1.61

trying to set up Laser offset for my OPT Laser. When i visit config Spindle/Laser I do not find the offset selection. Has it been moved or deleted? I updated to 1.62 and still do not find. Need guidance

What board/firmware are you using?

For grbl/grblHAL devices running sienciHAL, it should be appearing in the laser subsection of the Spindle section when connected.

For grblHAL and specifically SLB-EXT devices running 20260318, it was not compiled in. This should be fixed in a an upcoming firmware release, where it’s again available as $770/$771 in the same section/subsection

You can can check what firmware version you’re on using the machine information flyout in the top bar:

Yes, my firmware is 20260318. I will await the new firmware to set up laser offset.
