Left Side of my Y Gantry is off?

I was making a more complex spoilboard yesterday… I noticed a lot of grinding sounds when moving up on the Y (particularly in the middle). My dog holes seem out of alignment when I flip the board (annoyed I may have to redo the whole thing).

I was checking out my v-wheels when I noticed the left side of my Y gantry seemed off… the bottom is flush with the front, but not the top (a good 1mm gap). The right side has both top and bottom flush with the front. What went wrong and how do I adjust this? I’ve tried fiddling with the eccentric nuts to try and tilt it forward, but no dice.
