Is anyone else having trouble with the load file button in 6.6 I have tried everything including reformatting button works fine until I restart the laptop and then the load file button does not work anymore I have to reinstall gsender it works but again goes away after a restart

Welcome to the forum Joshua. Thanks for stepping up with the no file symptom. Was beginning to think I was the only one with the issue.
