I have a longmill MK2 30X30 and had it running fine for a while but all of the sudden it cambers from left to right near full travel forward…about 8" from the front the right side (facing the unit) will stop causing the left side to stop as well. I have adjusted the backlash nut screws everyway i know of and i can get it closer to the front but it wont reach the limit switch. I also notice the cuts are out of round when cutting out a circle one side will be thicker than the other… I have purchased the newer backlash self adjusting nuts but haven’t put them on yet. Unit has about 1 year of operation on it… any suggestions…this just happened randomly so i suspect the backlash nuts can be worn but realistically these nuts have no more than 40 hours on them. ANy help will be greatly appreciated.
