Cutting holes for workbench.
Partway through a hole, machine gets lost, makes a diagonal run for the border.
I triple check the gcode, it seems OK, so feeling like it’s a terrible idea, I run the gcode again, and the cuts go fine.
Should I be worried? Gremlins?

Are you connected via USB or Ethernet?
USB – perhaps lost connection?
That is what I was thinking. I used USB for about 5 minutes with mine when it first arrived. It would start properly but then go crazy pretty quick so I moved over to Ethernet and no issues in over a year.
Got it, thank you. I need to troubleshoot my ethernet connection, I guess this is a good time to do it!
