Mk3 end of job behaviour

Mk3 SLB-Lite gSender 1.6.4

At the end of a job, the Autospin shuts off when the toolpath has been completed. After several seconds, the machine rises in Z and returns to XYZ0.
Previously, on my SLB, at the end of the carve, with the router still running, the machine rose in Z, moved to XY0, then turned off the autospin.
Can someone please tell me the eeprom settings that I need to change so that the Mk3 handles like the SLB did/

Assuming the order of operations at the end of the toolpath is the same does adjusting spindle off delay ($539) change behaviour? Do you have any job end automations setup?

@KGN I will check that out and get back to you, Kevin.
I am finding several settings that are default in the Lite that I had never set in the SLB. So, I need to learn just what they do before I change them.

Yeah, the defaults differ a lot for MK3 - not only is it a recent version of grblHAL, but there were further behaviour changes built in, both as firmware updates and EEPROM default choices.

Hopefully just a short learning curve for most users!

@KGN I’m sure that it will be. As I’m a reader, I’m eager to see the Lite tech doc. I’m confident that it will answer all my questions.

I think they should be online within 2 weeks

@KGN Tks, K. When I installed the Mk3/Lite, I finally upgraded gSender from the version 1.4.12 that I had been using. When I got your message, I reviewed all the settings in 1.6.4. There were start and end commands that, I guesss, are defaults, as I have never used them before. I shut them all off. There is a lot there that I don’t understand, so I left them alone for now.
I did one cut on the new machine yesterday. It disconnected once. On my Mk1, before I got the SLB, I changed the USB communication baud rate from the default 115200 to 38400. That seemed to resolve my disconnect issues. But this was in the Long Board days, running 8-bit grbl with an Uno. I just need to remember what file I changed and how I did it. Then, awaiting the expansion board, I’ll do the same for the Mk3/Lite if I can do that using grbl Hal and a 32-bit controller.
