Probing shortcut generates alarm 2

The shortcuts for probing are a little confusing so I had to try them out to see what actions they did.

Looks like these are the actions for the three main shortcuts

Begin probing: Confirms the circuit check and starts to probe
Confirm Probe popup: Doesn’t appear to do anything
Display Probe popup: Starts the probing cycle and displays the circuit check popup

But when using the shortcuts and doing “Shift P” to confirm the circuit check, i get an “Invalid Line” error:

The following line caused an error 2: ‘N/A’
Press Start to resume the job.

Bug, or something else?

Here is the console output from the two scenarios

error_with_probe_shortcut.txt (554 Bytes)

@Chucky_ott I only use two shortcuts. One for display probe popup, which opens the probe window and allows me to confirm the connection between the bit and the touchplate. Then, I use begin probing, which, as the name implies actually performs the probe function and sets the axes.

Thanks for the report and especially the detailed output, it’s fixed and will be part of 1.5.7.
