I completed a portion of my project yesterday, when the roughing portion completed I got error messages regarding maintenance. The dialogs kept coming where I had to shutdown gSender. I reopened gSender but it would not reconnect to my CNC
You may have already tried this but I noticed with mine at least I have to turn on the controller ( in my case the SLB-EXT) only after gSender has been opened. So if I restart gSender I have to restart the controller to connect. I am using USB connection with gSender 1.6.2 and Main_grblHAL (20260525) firmware.
