Soft Limits and Alarm 2

I am setting up my new 4x4 Altmill and I am having a problem surfacing. If I try to set up a manual surfacing path by creating a 48" x 48" square in Carvco, when I try to verify it in gSender, I get an error (Alarm 2) that I am exceeding my soft limits. This is strange because according to the soft limits, the bed is ~49 x 49. Why am I getting this error?

I also repeated this, this time with a 24" x 24" square and got the same alarm. This tells me somehow the soft limits are incorrect.

Same issue here have you got it fux and if so mind helping us out. My plan, which I’m pretty sure would work, was to disable hard and soft limits and see if it runs. Figure I’d look here first. Seems there some parameter not set right to me. Thanks!
