Troubleshooting gsender

So I’m working with a longmill, and I’m using gsender. What could be the reason why the jogging function doesn’t work?

I’m not using any keyboard shortcuts, I’m clicking the buttons directly. Power is going to the motors, single clicks work, holding down the button does make the motors do something internally, but they’re not spinning, and I’m using motors fresh from the box.

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated

Welcome to the forum. It could be that your anti-backlash nuts are too tight, rapid speed too high for the current setup or your lead screws are sticky. I’ve had all of these issues. If you are using the automatic anti-backlash nuts, there are some lubricants that will partially react with the nylon and make them sticky. Also, you kind of have to go gorilla on tightening the couplers.

I have the motor more or less isolated and it’s still doing the same thing. I’d upload a video, but it says new users can’t add attachments?

@Cats_Game Try to attach your video now.

I tried, but the file was too big lol. The problem got solved though, I needed to reset gsender to default
