Using Z to go down locks cnc

When I try to move the Z or up by the ± it locks the program/cnc machine.
I can see the commands in the console but nothing happens on the cnc machine. So I have to turn of the power of my FoxAlien Masuter Pro with the Nema 23 upgrade.

I think gSender is the best program, this is the only problem I can find with the software. But it could be something with my machine but this does not happen with other programs like UGS and Candle.

I am not near my machine now but if there is some information I can give that help me with this problem I will give it to you.

try reducing the acceleration on Z nema 23 locks in if it moves to fast

On gSender could you try changing your settings (in the gear icon) so that you use metric? See if that makes a difference.
