Wont load past splash screen

Gsender is stuck at splash screen. I have tried rebooting everything multiple times. I tried a fresh install of Gsender, and I tried renaming the json file that someone recommended on Facebook. The log file output is

I am running windows 10 and the SLB and the latest version of Gsender.

I had that issue before and had to go to my Windows user file C:\Users\steve delete the two sienci files and reload GSender again.

Any specific files you remember? Are you talking about the files in the AppData folder?

@JoeBruning Take a look at this post, Joe. It sets out how to do a “clean” uninstall of gSender so that you can do a new installation

Folder .sienci-sessions and .sender_rc

When you reload the program it will make new ones

You get GSender reloaded?

@fafesb I’m not the one with the issue. @JoeBruning is. Like you, I pointed him to a possible solution. He has not yet followed up on whether he was successful.

This issue is resolved. I apologize for the late response, I had a family emergency this weekend and wasn’t able to try the fix until late last night.
