What machine are you having trouble with and what have you already tried to get it moving.
I’ll post a link to the trouble shoot section in the hope you are running an slb and maybe are able to find your solution there.

have you tried turning it on? 
Altmill 2X4 I had it moving in xyz then it just locked up.
@Larry69 You’re really going to provide more information. Are you getting any error messages ? Have you been successful in homing it yet?
ERROR MSG LOCKED. Can not home it will not move in any axis.
@Larry69 Did you turn the e-stop button to unlock it and then clear the error in gSender?
Yes I did. I have tried the E STOP many times.

@Larry69 Dunno. “Error MSG Locked” is not an error message I’ve seen mentioned before. Other users who have had problems such as yours get several alarms like Alarm 10, Alarm 14, etc. They have pointed to problems with the placement of the inductive sensors, wiring issues, or other.
gSender has detected and is connected to the Altmill (using grblHAL)?
