Noticed this wiggle room on the gantry after a carve didnt seem right. See video. My wheels are on the rail are slightly snug. Making them even tighter still doesnt hold this front to back movement of the gantry. Whats the adjustment?
@Clt49er Your v-wheels are out of adjustment. Remove the router and take the weight off the gantry. You will find that the top wheels are loose. Either that or the wheels are worn out or broken.

Thank you! Replaced the wheels since I had extra. Nice and tight now…. Wheels were worn down and/or I loosened something during last maintenance.
@Clt49er You’re welcome, Greg. I think that what is missing from the otherwise-excellent sienci youtube videos is the step to take the weight off the top wheels. This is true for all the gantries. I use blocks and shims to get the bottom wheels where I want them. Then, adjusting the top ones is simple.
