I use 1.4.12 with a fixed tool setter and after changing the tool the z is about 3mm above initial tool after. and no itās not the missing material, the actual 10mm of selected cut under the model top is only 7mm

@iuliancalin can you give a bit more context about your setup and steps youāre following? Also perhaps re-trying this on a newer gSender version might be worthwhile just so that we can confirm the issue still exists and needs fixing
Stuff changed since then, itās been awhile, I believe itās fixed now, I donāt really know, I havenāt done any major jobs or used my CNC lately 
Wait, edit that, as I said, itās been awhile, but I believe it was my Z axis motor that was set too fast, acceleration and speed, and it was acting weird, sometimes just give up. I donāt really remember exactly, but it didnāt happen anymore.
I will try to make something in the coming week so , Fingers crossed
