I’ve ran into an issue with travel limit exceeded error on the z-axis. I have limit sensors for homing that axis and everything works as it should. The soft limits in the full axis travel, also work as they should as I can jog to get to them. When I try and rapid jog that axis down from home, I get the exceed travel limit error. If jog is released I can continue to single jog the axis down.

@wgantt I had a similar issue but with the Y axis. I’m not sure if it’s the same behaviour as you but increasing the “Homing switch pull-off distance” from 1.5mm to 2mm resolved the issue for me.
Try that first and if doesn’t work, someone may have other suggestions.
@wgantt Actually, it was for Z. But it was when I attempted to home, I was getting Alarm 8. It was likely jogging too fast before reaching the switch.

Which error or alarm are you getting? FYI, there’s a difference between the Alarm codes and Error codes of the same number. So make sure you specify Alarm or Error.
