I would not say you need to use NodeRed but I already had some things running in it so it seems a good place to integrate gSender as well.

Hey, check this out. I made a bit more native way of integrating gSender into HA: Home Assistant integration

For now it is only for monitoring the state of the CNC but it could be taken further.

Thanks, will check it out. I haven’t used my Altmill in a bit but plan to get it back into business soon.
