Hi all! I’m still new to the CNC world but, I have an issue now that I didn’t have before the 1.4.9 update. When working from the center of a work piece, with those options checked in Easel, I position my bit at the center of the work and zero X, Y and Z. Then, when I run the job, gsender moves the X zero about 1.3 inches to the right. If I catch it in time and stop the cut, then click GoTo XY zero, it will go to that spot to the right. So, then moving it back to the correct spot and zero X again, it will be correct. I have had this occur 6 times in a row so, I could repeat it if needed. I was trying to engrave a name in the headstock of a guitar so, I only get one chance at it. I never saw that with 1.4.7 so, I thought I would ask the question. Thanks!
PS If I select “outline” first, the outline looks correct. But once you hit the button to cut, it will be 1.3 inches to the right.
Hey Kelly,
I’ve moved your post from the Bug main category, to software help for Easel. Hopefully you will have a couple eyes on the post that can assist.
Cheers,
Stephen
Hey Kelly,
I am beginning to see a pattern between some problems posted on this very same forum. It begins to smell like a problem with gsender.
It’s always the x axis that’s the problem. Maybe re-installing the version you had before will solve the issue?
I personaly am running 1.2.2 after encountering trouble in higher-up versions. (I have forgotten what it was, but it was solved after stepping down my gsender version.)

What workspace are you working in? Can you share either the entire file or the first 50 lines?
