I’ve been using gsender for two years and this is the first time this has happened. I create a project in vcarve, 5" x 3/8" slot for example and save toolpath. When I open the file in g sender the dimensions have been downsized by about 90%. I’m sure I’m overlooking something obvious but can’t see it. Any suggestions welcome.

This comes up frequently and 99.9% of the time this comes up it’s using the incorrect postprocessor.
Below is the options you should have selected:
when I load a file created in Vectric to Gsender it shows up very small, file text is 7 inches wide but shows up on gsender visualizer as about 1/2 inch wide. Help
Having an issue that I believe is related to Gsender, but may be Carveco. Files I create in Carveco and send to Gsender are scaled down big time. For example, I created a project that is 8" x 18". But when I save the Gcode and load it, the project is extremely small. This is happening with every project I import. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

1 week into using my long Mill 30 30. Created a file in v carve in inches, post processor in inches send it to g sender and it show in visualizer as postage size. Have settings in g sender in inches. Not sure if there is another setting I should be looking at, at but it runs fine on ugs but really would like to use g sender as I like it better. Sorry if this has been answered before but my search showed nothing. Thanks love the mill ,the company and hopefully g sender soon.
